Are you an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager/Senior Valuer looking for your next opportunity in furthering your career as Sales/Branch Manager?

Due to further expansion of our network, we are looking for a talented and experienced agent to join our team in Bourne as a Sales/Branch Manager.

You’ll be given the autonomy and responsibility from day one, along with with both day to day & remote support from the Group Managing Director allowing you to deliver a great service to our clients and support your team of experienced individuals covering Sales, Lettings, Mortgages and Conveyancing.

The Job

  • Sales Manager - Estate Agent
  • OTE circa £50,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm and alternate Saturday 9am - 4pm
  • Company car / Car allowance (Full UK driving license ESSENTIAL)

The Role

  • Manage the day to day running of the branch for property sales & lettings
  • Drive growth and market share by overseeing and participating in all aspects of Sales
  • Maximising income and profit from a range of products and services
  • Increase revenue and profitability through achievement of business
  • Setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
  • Selling, Letting & Listing properties
  • Motivating teams with incentives and rewards
