Solar Project Manager – Kent JD Ross are partnered with an established international renewable energy producer who operate within the Wind and Solar sectors. The business are looking for an experienced project manager to help them deliver their ambitious plans which are due to enter construction in H2. They will be delivering 450MW’s of solar this year. The successful project manager will be responsible for delivering and driving large scale ground mounted solar project. The successful project manager will be assigned to a project which will be going into construction imminently. The role will be on a remote basis with a strong commitment to being on-site throughout the construction phase of the assigned project. Responsibilities: Leading end-to-end project management activities Coordinating project resources, including internal team members and external contractors, to ensure efficient project execution. Conducting risk assessments, monitoring project progress and implementing effective mitigation strategies to address any potential issues. Requirements: At least 4 years’ experience delivering large scale renewable projects, ideally within Solar, BESS or Wind. Understanding on UK laws and regulations (i.e. CDM & H&S regulations). Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels within the business in an open and transparent manner.
