Adventure Yogi, based in Hove, is a leading provider of yoga holidays and retreats since 2006, offering experiences in the UK and abroad. In addition to yoga, we focus on activities like skiing, snowboarding, surfing, hiking, climbing, and biking, along with yoga wellness retreats. Our retreats offer delicious vegetarian meals, energizing yoga sessions, and relaxation in bespoke settings.

In 2025 and beyond, we will be working to grow to 150+ retreats a year, develop our office team and retreat teams and work towards B-Corp to reach more people to help create healthy habits and life-changing experiences.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a social and content marketing manager at Adventure Yogi. The role will involve managing day-to-day social media activities across multiple channels, creating engaging content, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing campaign execution. You will also manage our email marketing activities and create content (ideally with experience in photography and video creation) for socials and work with our PPC agency to create and test video content and ad copy. There are administrative tasks such as communicating with the retreat teams about their retreats and their collaborative promotional activities, influencer PR, brand collaborations, and product launches, as well as working at events to promote the AY offerings to a wider audience.

Responsibilities and primary duties of the post:
Qualifications
- Social Media Management, Content Marketing, and Digital Marketing skills
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns
- Copywriting and Editing skills
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the wellness or travel industry is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Salary:£29,000 - £33,000
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with some flexi work whilst on retreats and weekends and evenings as per needed for social media scheduling
37.5 hrs per week
Start Date: ASAP - From 26th September 2024
Location of work: Hove office 2-3 days a week and home the rest. The first month 5 days a week to learn the role. PLease don’t apply if you can’t work from Hove.
