We are now recruiting for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Kier Construction team in Plymouth.


Kier Construction is one of the largest regional builders in the UK, working with public and private sector clients on projects of all sizes and complexities. Our construction teams are split into four regions; London, South & Strategic Projects, Western & Wales, Eastern & Midlandsand North & Scotlandit also comprises of Kier Places, our housing maintenance and facilities management business.


Key Responsibilities


As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial resources of the assigned project to maximise planned gross profit. Assessing, reviewing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks and value work executed by sub-contractors.
