Your New Company

A global manufacturer, you will be working within the finance team as an integral part of keeping operations near Winchester.

Your new role
  • Matching and coding invoices
  • The preparation of BACS payments
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Suppler liaison
  • Maintaining and updating supplier details onto the accounting system
  • Petty cash management
  • Data entry
  • Identifying and responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Processing staff expenses
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • The ability and willingness to learn as part of a small team
  • Excellent commination skills including being able to deal with suppliers on the phone daily
  • An organised person with an excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Mathematic ability
  • Computer-literate including Microsoft Excel
What You’ll Get In Return

A generous salary range for a junior role dependent on experience between £22,000 - £25,000, company pension, eligibility for study support after probation and free parking on site.

Due to the business being a manufacturing business there will be a discount for the items produced.
