Vines of Gatwick is looking for a BMW and MINI Vehicle Technician.

As a Technician at Vines, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for BMW and MINI vehicles.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on our vehicles.
  • Diagnose and carry out repairs effectively and efficiently within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles according to BMW standards
  • Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing repair requirements
  • Look for ways to identify future customer costs savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure

Your profile

  • Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
  • City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications.
  • BMW Senior Technician qualification or equivalent from prestigious retailer
  • Experience in the diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles for a minimum of 4 years.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Hours and salary

  • Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday to cover our opening hours of 0800 - 1800
  • Salary: Uncapped and very achievable bonus scheme.
