- Conduct on-site investigations of loss or damage to agricultural and rural estate properties.
- Analyse the scope and origin of loss and determine equitable settlements.
- Collaborate closely with clients, insurance agents, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate claims resolution.
- Offer expert counsel and guidance on risk mitigation strategies specific to rural estates.
- Generate comprehensive reports and meticulously document insurance claims.
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments affecting agricultural and rural estates.
- A minimum of 3 years of property adjusting experience, with a prior agricultural experience a massive bonus
- Some knowledge of rural property management, agricultural operations, and estate valuation would be ideal
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple assignments and working autonomously.
