As an Agricultural and Rural Estates Loss Adjuster, you will:
  • Conduct on-site investigations of loss or damage to agricultural and rural estate properties.
  • Analyse the scope and origin of loss and determine equitable settlements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, insurance agents, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate claims resolution.
  • Offer expert counsel and guidance on risk mitigation strategies specific to rural estates.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and meticulously document insurance claims.
  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments affecting agricultural and rural estates.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of property adjusting experience, with a prior agricultural experience a massive bonus
  • Some knowledge of rural property management, agricultural operations, and estate valuation would be ideal
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple assignments and working autonomously.
